What we collect
Right now, this site collects one thing: the email address you choose to give us through the signup form. We don't use cookies or trackers on this page, and we don't collect any data automatically beyond basic, aggregated site analytics that don't identify you personally.
Why we collect it
We use your email address to send you occasional updates about the Keerson launch and, once we're live, our newsletter. You can opt out at any time.
Who we share it with
We use third-party service providers to run this site and send emails on our behalf:
- An email service provider, to store your email address and send updates
- A hosting provider, to serve this website
These providers process your data only on our instructions and don't use it for their own purposes. We don't sell or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Your California privacy rights
If you're a California resident, you have the right under the CCPA/CPRA to know what personal information we've collected about you, request its deletion, request correction of inaccurate information, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. As noted above, we don't sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@keerson.com.
Commercial email
Any marketing email we send will identify itself as such, include our contact information, and give you a clear way to unsubscribe, in line with the federal CAN-SPAM Act. Unsubscribing takes effect promptly.
If you're outside the United States
If you're in the EU, UK, or elsewhere with your own data protection law, you have similar rights to access, correct, delete, or object to our use of your data — email us and we'll honor them.
