KEERSON LLC ("KEERSON", "we", "us") runs keerson.com. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
Your email address, if you choose to join our list. That is the only information we ask you for.
Basic technical information that any website receives when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. Our hosting provider records this in standard server logs.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics tools on this site, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
How we use it
- To send you occasional updates about KEERSON, including our launch, early access and events.
- To keep the site running, secure and free of abuse.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who helps us
We use a small number of service providers who process information on our behalf and only for the purposes above:
- Kit (kit.com) stores our email list and sends our emails.
- Netlify hosts this website.
- Google Fonts delivers the typeface used on this site, which means your browser requests font files from Google's servers.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or as part of a merger, sale or reorganization of the business, in which case this policy will continue to apply to your information.
Emails and unsubscribing
Every email we send includes a link to unsubscribe. You can also email us and we will remove you. We will not email you about anything other than KEERSON.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period under its own policies.
Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you these rights, along with the right not to be discriminated against for using them. We extend the same rights to everyone. To make a request, email us from the address you signed up with. We will respond within 45 days.
Do Not Track
Because we do not track visitors across sites, there is nothing for a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal to switch off. We treat any such signal as a request not to sell or share your information, which we do not do anyway.
Security
We use reputable providers and limit who can access our list. No method of storing or sending information online is completely secure, but we take reasonable care to protect what you share with us.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has signed up, contact us and we will delete it.
Where your information is stored
We are based in the United States, and our service providers may store information in the United States and other countries.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. If the changes are significant, we will let our list know by email.
